Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

  • No returns or refunds are accepted once an order has been delivered.

  • Please review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or store credit when applicable.
